Sign in to the gamitrack app
Enter your registered email, then the 6-digit code we send you. That is all.

The gamitrack phone app is used by salespeople, delivery staff and dealers. You sign in with your email and a one-time code, so there is no password to remember on the phone.
Before you sign in
Your company owner or admin must have added you under Settings, Users, using your email address. If you are not sure which email they used, ask them. An email that was never added cannot sign in.
Sign in step by step
- Open the gamitrack app. The first screen is Sign in, with the hint "Use the email your company registered for you."
- Type your email in Email.
- Tap Send code. The button shows "Sending…". The app then says "We sent a code to" your email.
- Open your email, find the message, and read the 6-digit code.
- Back in the app, type the code in 6-digit code.
- Tap Sign in. It shows "Signing in…" and then takes you to Home.
If you typed the wrong email, tap Use a different email to go back and start again.
What you see after signing in
The first screen is Home, greeted with "Namaste" and your first name, and your company name below. The tabs at the bottom depend on your role:
- Salespeople and delivery staff get Today, Deliveries and other field tabs.
- Dealers get Order, My orders and Shop orders.
See Roles and what each can see for the full list.
Sign out
Open the Account tab and tap Sign out. Signing out also stops background location tracking. On the Account tab you can also choose the Language and see your Role.
If sign-in fails
- If the app says it could not reach the server, check your mobile data or Wi-Fi and try again.
- If no code arrives, check the spam folder, then tap Use a different email and request a new code.
- If a dealer login shows a message saying it is not linked to a party yet, ask the company to link it.
- If you see "Account deactivated. Contact your company administrator.", your access has been switched off.
Tip: The code is valid for one sign-in only. Request a new one if you wait too long.
Tip: Use the same email each time. Different spellings create different logins.
