- Sign in to the gamitrack appEnter your registered email, then the 6-digit code we send you. That is all.
- Start and end your working dayYour day starts when you tap Start my day and ends when you tap End my day. Attendance and tracking follow from these two taps.
- Check in at a shop with a photoA visit has four parts: check in, photo proof, the outcome, and check out. Skipping the photo flags the visit for your manager.
- Take an order in the appPick the shop, add items with quantities, check the total and tap Place order. The order gets a number straight away.
- Collect a payment from a shopChoose the shop, enter the amount and the method, add a reference if there is one, and tap Record payment.
- Add a new outlet from your phoneStand inside the new shop, fill in its details, capture the location and submit. A manager approves it before it appears for everyone.
- Claim field expenses with a receipt photoFill in the date, category and amount, add a receipt photo and submit. Approved claims are added to your earnings.
- Record a return from a shopPick the party, choose a reason, enter quantities per product and submit. Where it goes depends on how you supply shops.
- Location tracking and working without internetThe app records your route only between Start my day and End my day. Location points queue on the phone when offline and upload later.
