Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new company starts with a free trial of the full product. You only pay when you decide to continue.
Who counts as a user?
Staff logins such as owners, managers, accountants, salespeople and delivery staff. Dealer and retailer logins in the dealer app are free.
How do we pay?
We send an invoice before each billing period. Pay by bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti and enter the reference in Settings → Billing; we confirm it and send a receipt.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. During the trial the change is immediate; after that it applies from your next invoice.
What happens to our data if we stop?
Your data stays yours. Ask us and we will export it for you before the account is closed.
