Terms of service
Last updated 2026-11-01
These terms govern the use of gamitrack by companies and their users. By creating an account or using gamitrack you agree to them.
Who provides gamitrack
gamitrack is provided by gamitrack (PAN [PAN]), Kathmandu, Nepal, Nepal.
The service
gamitrack provides a web admin console, a mobile app and related services for managing sales, stock, invoices and collections. Features depend on the plan chosen.
Accounts
The company is responsible for the users it adds, their roles and keeping sign-in details safe. Users must provide accurate information.
Free trial, plans and payment
New companies get a free trial. After it, the company pays the price of its plan and billing cycle as shown on its invoice. Prices and invoices are in Nepali rupees (NPR). VAT at the applicable rate (currently 13%) is added to our fees where it applies and shown on the invoice.
Invoices are issued before each period and paid by bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti or another method we accept. If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date we may limit the account to billing and support until it is paid. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; existing periods are not affected.
Your data
The company owns the business data it records. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. On request we will export the company's data in a common format.
Staff, location tracking and consent
The company is the employer of the staff it adds. Before staff use the field app, the company must tell them in writing about location tracking during working hours and about photos, obtain their consent, and use the data only for work (attendance, visits and routes). Companies must not use gamitrack to track anyone outside working hours or without their knowledge.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Tax and compliance
gamitrack prints invoices in the IRD tax-invoice layout, keeps VAT records and is built for IRD's CBMS real-time sync, available once gamitrack's billing-software enlistment is approved. Each company remains responsible for its own tax filings and legal compliance.
Availability and liability
We work to keep gamitrack available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last three months.
Cancellation and ending the service
A company can cancel at any time by writing to hello@gamitrack.com or from the console; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, which is not refunded unless agreed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.
After the account is closed, the owner can ask for an export of the company's data for 30 days. After that the data is deleted, except records the law requires us to keep.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes that cannot be settled by discussion go to the courts in Kathmandu.
