Delete your gamitrack account
How to delete your account and personal data, what we keep and how long it takes.
From the app (fastest)
Open the gamitrack app, go to Account and tap Delete my account. Your sign-in stops at once on every phone and your company's owner and admins are told.
Without the app
Fill in the form on this page with the mobile number you sign in with and your company's name. We check that the number belongs to an account at that company, close the sign-in and start the deletion. We reply within 7 days.
What we delete
30 days after the request we erase your name, mobile number, email, PIN, signed-in devices, push notification tokens, notifications, location history, phone signals (battery, permissions) and visit photos. The 30 days give your company time to settle cash, stock and handovers.
What we keep
Orders, invoices, payments, the ledger, stock records and visit records that your company must keep under Nepal's tax and accounting laws. They stay linked to "Deleted user" without your name or contact details.
Company owners
Deleting the owner's account closes the whole company account, so it goes to our support team. We confirm with you, offer an export of the company's data (available for 30 days after closure), then delete it except records the law requires us to keep.
