Check in at a shop with a photo
A visit has four parts: check in, photo proof, the outcome, and check out. Skipping the photo flags the visit for your manager.

Every shop visit in gamitrack is recorded with your location, a photo and an outcome. This gives your manager a clear picture of the day, and protects you when someone questions a visit.
Open a visit
- Make sure you have started your day. See Start and end your day.
- In Today, tap Check in on a route stop. To visit a shop that is not on your route, open Parties, find the shop and open it.
- The Visit screen opens and the app shows "Getting your location…".
Check in
The app compares your position with the shop's saved location.
- Inside the check-in radius, you see "Checked in at {time}" and "{m} m from the outlet".
- If you are too far, you see "You are {m} m from the outlet. This visit will be flagged." You can still continue, but your manager will see a flag.
- If the shop has no saved location, you see "This outlet has no saved location yet."
If location failed, tap Try check-in again.
Add photo proof
- Under Photo proof, tap Take photo. Allow camera permission if asked.
- Photograph the shop front or your products on the shelf. The app shows "Uploading photo…" and then "Photo attached".
- Not happy with it? Tap Retake.
Without a photo the app warns "Without a photo this visit will be flagged."
Work during the visit
From the same screen you can tap Take order or Collect payment, and read or add notes. Notes are internal and visible to staff, never to dealers.
Record the outcome and check out
- Choose the Outcome: Order taken, Payment collected, No order or Shop closed.
- If you chose No order, pick a Reason for no order: Stock still full, Owner not present, Price issue, Buys from competitor, Payment pending or Other. The app will not let you continue without one.
- Optionally fill in Closing stock (our products left on the shelf), Market status (competitor offers, prices, demand) and Internal note.
- Tap Check out. The app shows "Visit saved".
Flags your manager may see
A visit can be flagged for checking in away from the outlet, a very short visit, or no photo proof. Managers review these under Visits & flags.
Tip: Take the photo right after you arrive, while you are inside the shop, so the location and photo agree.
Tip: Always check out. An open visit stays open and shows "Continue visit" on Today.
