Take an order in the app
Pick the shop, add items with quantities, check the total and tap Place order. The order gets a number straight away.

You can take an order from a shop whether you are standing in front of it or have just left. The order goes to the office, where it is confirmed, dispatched and invoiced.
Start an order
There are three ways in:
- Tap Take an order on Home.
- Open the Order tab.
- During a visit, tap Take order. The shop is already selected.
Place the order
- If no party is selected, you see Choose a party. Search by shop name or phone and tap the shop.
- If your company supplies shops through dealers, you see Fulfilled by and the message "Choose the dealer for this shop". Pick the dealer who will supply it. Without a dealer you cannot place the order.
- Optionally type a Subject.
- Use Search items to find a product, then enter the Qty for each item you need.
- Each item shows its price in NPR. An item with no price in the price list shows No price. Items that carry no VAT show VAT exempt.
- Watch the summary at the bottom: the number of items, the weight in kg, Subtotal, VAT and Total.
- Tap Place order. The button shows "Placing…". You then see "Order {number} placed for NPR {total}".
If you try to place an order without any item, the app says "Add at least one item".
How prices are decided
You do not type prices. The app uses the price list that applies to that party: a special price for the party first, then the price list for its type, then the company default. Your office controls these under Products.
Follow your orders
Open My orders to see each order and how far it has progressed: Placed, Confirmed, Dispatched, Invoiced and Delivered, or Cancelled. For a shop order supplied by a dealer, the order also says "Supplied by {dealer}".
When there is no connection
Orders are sent to the server at the moment you tap Place order. Without internet, the app shows "Could not reach the server. Check your connection and try again." Nothing is saved on the phone, so try again once you have a signal.
Tip: Take the order during the visit and then choose the outcome Order taken when you check out, so the visit and order stay linked.
Tip: If a product shows No price, tell the office. They need to add it to a price list.
