Record a return from a shop
Pick the party, choose a reason, enter quantities per product and submit. Where it goes depends on how you supply shops.

When a shop gives goods back, record it so stock and the shop's account stay correct. You can open returns from a party, or from Home.
Record a return
- Open Returns from Home, or open a party from Parties and use its returns section.
- Tap New return.
- Choose the Party, unless you opened it from a party.
- Choose a Reason: Damaged, Expired, Wrong item, Unsold or Other.
- Under Products and quantity, enter how many of each product are coming back.
- Add a Note if useful, and a photo of the goods if the app offers it.
- Tap Submit return. The app says "Return recorded".
If you enter no quantities, the app will not submit, and highlights Products and quantity.
Where the return goes
- Company returns go to the office. A manager approves them into a branch: the goods go back into stock and the party gets a credit note.
- When the company supplies shops through dealers, a return taken from a shop is addressed to its dealer. The screen shows Goes to the dealer. The dealer then accepts or rejects it in their own app.
Follow the status
The Returns screen lists your returns with a status: Pending, Approved or Rejected. The Mine tab shows returns you recorded. With no returns, it says "No returns yet."
What a manager does
Managers open Returns in the admin console and press Approve or Reject. When rejecting, they write why. Approving asks which branch the goods return to.
Tip: Photograph damaged goods before you take them away. It settles questions about the reason later.
Tip: Record a return the same day, while the batch and quantities are fresh in your mind.
