Handle returns from your shops

When a shop that you supply returns goods, it comes to you to accept or reject. You can also return goods to the company.

If your company supplies shops through dealers, a shop's returned goods are addressed to you, the dealer who supplied them. You decide whether to accept them.

Open Returns

On Home, tap Returns. You will see two lists:

  • From my shops: returns that shops want to make to you, recorded by the company's field staff.
  • Mine: returns you made to the company.

Accept or reject a shop return

  1. Open Returns and choose From my shops.
  2. Read each return: the shop, the Reason (Damaged, Expired, Wrong item, Unsold or Other), the products and quantities, and the photo if one was added.
  3. Tap Accept if you agree to take the goods back.
  4. Tap Reject if you do not.

Each return shows a status: Pending, Approved or Rejected. When there is nothing, the list says "No returns yet."

The field staff who recorded the return saw "Goes to the dealer" at that moment, so they know that the decision is yours, not the company's office.

Return goods to the company

  1. In Returns, choose Mine and tap New return. Your dealer account is already selected.
  2. Pick the Reason.
  3. Under Products and quantity, enter how many of each product you are returning.
  4. Add a Note, and take a photo of damaged goods if you wish.
  5. Tap Submit return. The app says "Return recorded".

The company's manager then approves it into a branch, which puts the goods back in stock and credits your account, or rejects it with a reason.

Tips on the reasons

Choose the reason that is true. A return marked Expired or Damaged with a clear photo is easier to approve than one with no explanation.

Tip: Decide on shop returns quickly. The shop and the officer are waiting for your answer.

Tip: Keep your own stock count in mind. Goods you accept back affect the monthly Dealer stock report.
