Submit your monthly dealer stock report

Once a month, enter your closing stock for each product. The company compares it with your purchases and sales to shops.

Updated 2026-11-01

The company wants to know how much stock you hold, so it can see whether your sales to shops add up. You report it from the app once a month.

Open the report

On Home, tap Dealer stock. The title shows the current month, for example "Month {month}". Your account is selected automatically.

Fill it in

Each product and pack size appears as a card with two boxes:

  • Opening: the stock you started the month with. The app fills it from the company's records. You can correct it if it is wrong.
  • Closing: the stock you hold now, counted on the shelf and in the godown.
  1. Count your stock.
  2. Enter the Closing quantity for each product. You may skip products you do not stock.
  3. Change Opening only if the figure shown is wrong.
  4. Tap Submit stock. The button stays disabled until at least one closing quantity is entered. The app shows "Stock report saved".

You can open the report again later in the month and update the figures. It is saved against the month.

What the company sees

In the admin console, Dealer stock shows each dealer's month with: Opening, Bought (your purchases from the company), Sold to shops, Expected closing, your reported Closing, and the Difference. Dealers who have not reported are marked Not reported. A large difference prompts the company to ask questions, so count carefully.

Field officers can do it too

A company's sales officer can submit the report for a dealer they work with. On their screen they first pick the dealer, then enter the figures. If you are a dealer you only see your own account.

When to do it

Submit on the last day of the month or the first day of the next, so the figures represent the month end.

Tip: Count by pack size exactly as products are listed, so your numbers line up with the company's.

Tip: Keep a handwritten tally the day you count, in case the company asks about a difference.
