Reminders, targets and schemes on your Home screen

The dealer Home screen gathers what needs your attention: payments due, shop orders to supply and your targets.

Updated 2026-11-01

Your Home screen is a quick summary of your account. Open it every morning to see what needs attention.

Your balance

At the top you see your balance in NPR. It reads Balance due when you owe the company, and Advance when you have paid more than you owe.

The Reminders card

Under Reminders, the app lists, in this order:

  • Overdue invoices, in red, such as "{number}: NPR {amount} overdue by {days} days".
  • Invoices due soon, in amber, such as "{number}: NPR {amount} due in {days} days".
  • Shop orders waiting: "{n} shop orders waiting for you". Tap it to open Shop orders.
  • Your orders on the way: "{n} of your orders on the way". Tap it to open My orders.

If there is nothing to do, it says "Nothing needs your attention."

Due dates come from the invoice. The due days are counted from the dispatch date, unless the company has set special credit days for your account.

Your yearly target

The card This year shows your progress against your annual target, for example "{done} of {target} kg", with each fiscal quarter listed as Q1 to Q4. The current quarter is shown in bold. If the company has not set a target, the amount shows as a dash.

Schemes

If the company runs a scheme for dealers, the Schemes card shows its name, the Reward so far: NPR {amount}, and how far you are from the next level: "{gap} more to reach the next reward". Rewards are based on your sales to shops, and approved rewards are credited to your account by the company.

What to do with the reminders

  1. Pay overdue invoices first and let the company know with the payment reference. See Track your order status.
  2. Open Shop orders and supply the waiting orders, or reject them with a reason. See below.
  3. If you cannot supply a shop order, tap Reject and write the Reason for rejecting. When you did supply it, tap Mark supplied.

Tip: Pull the screen down to refresh the reminders.

Tip: Shop orders show a Directions button and a Call button, so you can reach the shop.
