Track your order status and statement
My orders shows where every order stands. The Account tab shows your statement and what you owe.
Updated 2026-11-01
After you place an order, the company processes it in stages. You can follow each stage in the app without calling anyone.
Open My orders
Tap the My orders tab. Each order shows its number, its Total, and its progress. If you have no orders yet, the screen says "No orders yet."
The stages
An order moves along this timeline:
- Placed: your order has reached the company.
- Confirmed: the company accepted it.
- Dispatched: the goods are on their way.
- Invoiced: a tax invoice has been issued. The order then shows "Invoice {number}".
- Delivered: the goods have reached you.
An order can also end as Cancelled.
Orders that shops placed with you, and that you supply, appear separately under Shop orders. In your My orders list, an order that another dealer supplies shows "Supplied by {dealer}".
What the stages mean at the company
In the admin console, staff use the buttons Confirm, Dispatch and Mark delivered on the order, and Issue invoice to create the tax invoice. When they do, your timeline moves forward. Because dispatch fixes the payment due date, the invoice due days start counting from the dispatch date.
Check your account
- Open the Account tab.
- Under Statement, see each transaction with the Balance. If nothing has happened, it says "No transactions yet."
- On Home, your balance shows as Balance due. If you have paid more than you owe, it shows Advance instead.
Pull to refresh
Drag the list down to refresh and fetch the latest status.
Tip: If an order has stayed on Placed for a long time, contact the company. It may be waiting for confirmation.
Tip: Keep invoice numbers handy when you pay, so the company can match your payment.
