Place an order with the company as a dealer

Open the Order tab, pick items and quantities, check the total and tap Place order. Your price list is applied automatically.

Updated 2026-11-01

As a dealer you buy goods from the company directly in the app, without calling anyone. The order arrives in the company's admin console, where staff confirm and dispatch it.

Before you order

Your login must be linked to your dealer account. If you see "This dealer login is not linked to a party yet. Ask the company to link it." on the Account tab, ask the company to link it.

Place an order

  1. On Home, tap Place an order. You can also open the Order tab.
  2. Your dealer account is already selected, so you do not need to choose a party.
  3. Optionally write a Subject (optional), for example the festival or occasion you are stocking up for.
  4. Use Search items to find a product.
  5. Enter the Qty for every item you want.
  6. Each line shows its price in NPR. Items that carry no VAT are marked VAT exempt. If an item shows No price, the company has not priced it for you yet; ask them to add it.
  7. Check the summary: number of items, weight in kg, Subtotal, VAT and Total.
  8. Tap Place order. After "Placing…" you see "Order {number} placed for NPR {total}".

If you try to place an order with no items, the app says "Add at least one item".

How the price is set

You never type prices. gamitrack applies the price list set for your account, or for your type of party, or the company default, in that order of priority. VAT of 13% is added only on items that are taxable.

After placing

Your order appears in My orders, where you can follow it as the company confirms, dispatches and invoices it. See Track your order status.

If the app says it cannot reach the server

An order is sent at the moment you tap Place order. Without internet, you see "Could not reach the server. Check your connection and try again." Nothing is saved on your phone, so place the order again when you have a signal.

Tip: Check your Balance due on Home before ordering, so you know what you owe the company.

Tip: Use the Subject line to help the company's staff understand why you ordered extra.
