See your team, visits and each person's day

Team gives a one-line summary per person. The day view shows the route on a map, store visits, phone state and an integrity score.

Updated 2026-11-01

The Field group in the sidebar gives managers a clear view of what the field team is doing. Start with Team, then go deeper into a person's day, their visits and their flags.

The Team page

Open Team. It lists every field staff member with role and phone, and columns for Today, Visits today, Visits (month), Orders, Sales, Collected, Open flags, and Attendance. If nobody is listed, the page says "No field staff yet. Add salespeople under Settings → Users."

Click a name to open the person's profile. You see This month numbers, Strike rate (how many visits end in an order), Recent visits, assigned Routes, their Attendance, and Why shops did not order, a breakdown of the reasons salespeople chose.

Open the day view

  1. On the Team page, click Day at the end of a person's row.
  2. The page is titled Day movement, with the person's name.
  3. Choose the Date. To compare with another day, pick Compare with and click Compare.

If no tracking points exist for that day, it says "No tracking points for this day."

What the day view shows

  • A map with the Path of movement, Store visit markers, other Stops and Check-in points, with a legend and Open in map.
  • Day started and Day ended times, or Not started.
  • Store visits with Arrived, Left and minutes spent, and whether the person Checked in or had No check-in. Time spent away from any shop shows as Stop away from stores.
  • Phone silent gaps, Phone state (battery, permission, location on or off) and Findings.
  • An Integrity score, with What lowered it. If all is well it says "Nothing suspicious."
  • A table of measures such as distance, active minutes, offline minutes, store visits, check-ins, orders and order value, set against Own 30-day avg and Team avg.

Visits and flags

Open Visits & flags. The Visits tab lists each check-in: Date, Salesperson, Outlet, In, Out, Distance, Outcome, a Photo you can View, and Notes. The Flags tab lists anything suspicious, such as Checked in away from outlet, Very short visit, No photo proof, Order without a visit, Cash not deposited, or Delivered away from outlet.

To close a flag, click Resolve, write what happened in Resolution, and save. Filter by Open, Resolved or All.

Tip: Use the comparison to see whether one day was unusual for the person, not just compared with the team.

Tip: Resolve flags with a short honest note. It becomes part of the record.
