Roles and what each person can see
A role decides which menus and phone tabs a person gets. Pick the narrowest role that lets them do their job.

Each user has one role. The role controls which groups and pages appear in the admin sidebar and which tabs appear in the phone app. If someone opens a page their role cannot use, they see "You do not have access to this page" with a button back to the dashboard.
The roles
gamitrack has these roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Accountant, Salesperson, Delivery and Dealer.
What each sees in the admin console
Everyone sees Dashboard and Guide under Overview. Beyond that:
- Owner, Admin, Manager and Accountant see the Management group: Parties, Products, Stock, Orders, Dealer sales, Returns, Invoices and Payments.
- Owner, Admin and Manager also see the Sales items Targets, Collections, Dealer stock and Schemes, plus the whole Field group: Team, Daily reports, Routes, Attendance, Visits & flags, Alarms, Territories and Broadcasts.
- Accountant additionally sees Commissions, Performers and Expenses. Owner, Admin and Manager see these too.
- Owner and Admin alone see Settings.
- Salesperson sees only Parties in the sidebar, but does their real work in the phone app.
What each sees in the phone app
- Salesperson: Home, Today, Deliveries, Parties, Order, My orders, Inbox and Account.
- Delivery: Home, Today, Deliveries, Parties, My orders, Inbox and Account. Delivery staff do not get the Order tab, because they deliver rather than take orders.
- Dealer: Home, Order, My orders, Shop orders and Account. Today, Parties and Inbox are not shown to dealers.
Choosing a role
- Open Settings, then Users.
- In Add user, pick the Role that matches the person's job.
- For a dealer, also choose the Dealer's party so the login is linked to the dealer's account.
You cannot deactivate the owner. To stop someone else using gamitrack, use Deactivate on their row.
Tip: Give the accountant a role that already shows Invoices, Payments and Commissions, instead of making them an admin.
Tip: Internal notes written on a business are visible to all staff but never to dealers.
