Create your company on gamitrack

Creating a company takes one form. You become the owner and can add branches and staff straight away.

Updated 2026-11-01

Everything in gamitrack lives inside a company. When you create one, you become its owner, and from then on every product, party, order and invoice you add belongs to that company only.

Before you start

You need an email address you can open, because sign-in uses that email. Decide who in your business will be the owner; this person can see and change everything, including settings.

Create the company

  1. Open the admin console at admin.gamitrack.com and choose Sign in. If you are new, create an account with your email first.
  2. After signing in for the first time you land on Set up your company. The page tells you that you will be the owner and can add branches and staff afterwards.
  3. In Company name, type your business name, for example "Himalayan Masala Udhyog". A name that is too short is rejected with "Company name is too short".
  4. Click Create company. The button shows "Creating…" for a moment.
  5. You arrive on the Dashboard. It greets you by name and shows today's date in Bikram Sambat and English.

What to do next

The Dashboard shows a Get set up checklist. It lists the steps that make a company ready for field work, and each one ticks itself when you finish it. Start with the first step, Add your PAN and address, because those details are printed on every tax invoice.

Open Settings and go to the Company tab. Here you can fill in:

  • Company name and Address
  • PAN number (9 digits)
  • VAT registered
  • Language
  • Work starts at and Check-in radius (metres)

Click Save when you are done. The page confirms with "Saved."

The Branches tab lets you add more branches with Add branch, and mark one as the default with Make default. Stock is kept per branch, so create a branch for each place where you hold goods.

Tip: Fill in your PAN and address before you issue the first invoice. Invoices keep a snapshot of the seller details at the time they are issued.

Tip: Only owners and admins see Settings in the sidebar. Other roles do not.

If something goes wrong

If you close the browser halfway, sign in again at admin.gamitrack.com. You will be sent to the same company setup page if the company has not been created yet.
