Getting started
Create your company, invite staff and set up.
- Create your company on gamitrackCreating a company takes one form. You become the owner and can add branches and staff straight away.
- Add your salespeople, delivery staff and office teamStaff are added from Settings under Users. Pick a role, and they sign in to the phone app with their email.
- Roles and what each person can seeA role decides which menus and phone tabs a person gets. Pick the narrowest role that lets them do their job.
- Finish the setup checklistThe checklist on your dashboard lists nine steps. Each one ticks itself when the work is done.
- Switch between English and Nepaligamitrack works in English and Nepali. Set the company language in Settings, and switch language in the app any time.
- Add parties and approve new outletsParties are your dealers and shops. Outlets added from the phone stay pending until a manager approves the location.
