Your plan, invoices and the "I have paid" form
The Billing page in Settings shows your plan and invoices. After you pay, send the reference with I have paid, and our team verifies it.
Updated 2026-11-01
Your company's gamitrack subscription is managed on the Billing page in Settings. Only owners and admins can open Settings, so only they see it.
What you will find
- Your plan: the plan your company is on.
- Invoices: the invoices gamitrack has issued to your company. Each can be downloaded as a PDF to keep for your accounts or to give to your accountant.
- I have paid: a form to tell us that you made a payment.
These invoices are for your gamitrack subscription. They are separate from the VAT tax invoices that you issue to your own customers under Invoices.
Pay an invoice
- Open Settings and go to Billing.
- Find the invoice you want to pay and download its PDF if you need the details.
- Pay using one of the ways we accept: bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti.
- Keep the transaction reference. It is the bank's reference number for a transfer, or the transaction ID shown in eSewa or Khalti.
Tell us you have paid
- On the Billing page, open the I have paid form.
- Choose how you paid: bank transfer, eSewa or Khalti.
- Enter the payment reference exactly as you received it.
- Submit the form.
What happens next
The gamitrack team checks your payment by hand against our bank and wallet records. We do this manually, so it takes a little time after you submit. Once we have matched your reference, the invoice is marked as paid. If we cannot find the payment, we contact you using the email on your account.
Nothing about your operations changes while we verify. Your team can keep working.
If something looks wrong
- If the reference was typed wrongly, submit the form again with the correct one.
- If you paid the wrong amount, say so in your message through Support with the invoice number and the reference.
- If you cannot see the Billing page, check that your role is Owner or Admin. See Roles and what each can see.
Tip: Copy the reference from the payment confirmation instead of typing it, to avoid mistakes.
Tip: Download each invoice PDF after it is issued and keep it with your other records.
